Signature Desserts Carrot Cake: Homemade from scratch, 2- layer carrot cake with chopped walnuts, real cream cheese icing, and finely chopped walnuts sprinkled on sides of cake. This can be made without nuts. It can also be made with pecans for an extra charge. German Chocolate Cake: 2-layer chocolate cake with homemade from scratch coconut-pecan icing. This is a very moist and rich cake. Cheesecake: Made from scratch using my Great Grandma’s recipe. It’s available in a 10 inch round or a 9 inch heart shape. This is a wonderfully creamy and rich cheesecake. Cherry, blueberry, strawberry, and apple toppings are available for an additional charge. Pumpkin Roll: This is a flat pumpkin cake with a layer of chopped walnuts baked into the outside, rolled into a log, and filled with a cream cheese filling. When sliced, it has a beautiful and appetizing swirled look. This can be made without nuts. It can also be made with pecans for an additional charge.
